Off-Road & Competition Use Only
Emissions-related components, delete kits, and any calibration that modifies, removes, or bypasses factory emissions control equipment are sold and installed for off-road and competition use only. These parts and services are not intended for use on any motor vehicle operated on public streets, roads, or highways. It is the customer's sole responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local emissions laws and regulations, including but not limited to EPA and CARB requirements. Fine Tuned Diesel Performance & Tuning assumes no liability for the use of any product or service in a manner inconsistent with this notice.
Services Provided As-Is
ECM recovery, unlock, tuning, and related diagnostic services are performed based on the information and hardware condition provided by the customer at the time of service. While every effort is made to fully recover, unlock, or calibrate a module, some modules may be non-recoverable due to prior damage. Customers will be notified before any non-recoverable condition is determined final.
Warranty Considerations
Modifying a vehicle's or equipment's ECM/ECU may affect manufacturer or powertrain warranty coverage. Customers are responsible for understanding how tuning, unlocking, or emissions-related modifications may affect their existing warranty before requesting service.
Payment & Scheduling
Pricing for services and parts is provided at the time of quote and may vary based on platform, condition, and scope of work. Emergency and after-hours service may be subject to different scheduling and pricing than standard business-hours work.
Limitation of Liability
Fine Tuned Diesel Performance & Tuning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of tuned vehicles or equipment, including but not limited to damages resulting from use outside the intended application (off-road/competition) of any emissions-related product or service.
